About the Department:

The People & Culture Team plays a critical role in ensuring that the University's human resources (employees) are skilled, motivated, effective and managed to facilitate the achievement of our mission and goals, along with fostering a culture reflecting our corporate values.

The position of HR Administrator plays a vital role in supporting the Human Resources department in various administrative and operational tasks. The role holder will assist with the implementation of HR programs, provide support to employees, and contribute to the smooth functioning of HR processes. The HR Coordinator helps maintain a positive work environment and ensures compliance with HR policies and procedures. This position requires the ability to comprehend and effectively communicate University policies, procedures and concepts to a variety of stakeholders. Serving as a member of the People and Culture Team and reporting to the Head of P&C, the primary responsibility will be to provide support in functional areas of Human Resources and assist to drive HR excellence.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Human Resource certification (e.g., CIPD) or a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2 years relevant experience
  • Experience in an administration environment processing a large volume of requests
  • Experience dealing with UAE Ministry officials and offices

 

Compensation and Benefits:

The successful candidate will receive a remuneration package which includes an attractive tax free salary ranging from AED 72,000 - AED 90,000 per annum, five weeks of paid leave per year, annual air ticket, private medical insurance for self and eligible dependents, life & disability policy, professional development assistance, education allowance for up to 3 eligible children, professional development and fee waiver for self and dependents looking to pursue higher studies.
