We currently have a vacancy in the role of Learning Environment Intern. This role supports existing team members actively engaged in developing the Learning Module of our Software and Mobile Application currently being built. The role will play a crucial part in the review, curation, and categorization of learning content, ensuring alignment with our learning module framework, employees' learning goals, and organizational needs.

Objectives

1. Content Review and Curation

●     Thoroughly review and curate learning content from diverse websites and platforms such as YouTube, Spotify, Edx…etc.

●     Curate content in various formats such as videos, podcasts, articles…etc, ensuring a broad spectrum of learning content.

●     Capture and highlight online trends, best channels, and best content from a wide range of topics. 

●     Follow the curation procedures to ensure the quality of the search and  process.

●     Use different prompts in the search process to ensure Search Engine Optimization.

2. Distillation of Learning Content

●     Distill learning content based on provided criteria and standards, ensuring that high-quality and relevant content are included in the curated collection.

●     Categorize the curated content systematically based on provided criteria.

●     Determine how the content aligns with our apps learning module framework, learning goals, and organizational needs.

3. Content Management System Utilization

●     Effectively use the Content Management System  (CMS) to upload, organize and categorize curated content.

●     Utilize the different reports formats on the CMS to prepare weekly reports about the curation progress.

●     Include Other identified report content matters

4. Ad Hoc

• Undertake general ad hoc task requested by Management
